Your role as Lead Low Code Consultant

As a Team Lead Power Apps, you will develop state-of-the-art solutions using Power Apps technology. Your role will involve working closely with customers to implement solutions that optimize operational excellence or support upcoming business processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the Power Apps team at Rockfeather. This includes mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, and leading efforts to expand the team's capabilities.

You will collaborate with a team of passionate consultants and work with the most ambitious customers across various sectors. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of both customer projects and the internal team, ensuring that Rockfeather remains at the forefront of Low Code technology.

Your most important tasks as a Team Lead Power Apps

• You create and develop applications that meet customer needs;
• You go through the whole process from design, implementation to support of applications;
• You consult with customers and team members and discuss functionalities;
• You work iteratively and have close contact with the users to build the best solutions;
• You work with the other consultants in the Power Apps team making sure they are happy
• You work with the Rockfeather Leadership team on the team' strategy and direction

What do you bring to the table?

• You have a bachelor’s degree or experience that matches that level of education.
• You have a minimum of three years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps
• Experience with other Low Code platforms (like Mendix or Outsystems) is a bonus ;) 
• You have knowledge of application design, development, and support.
• You are result-driven, customer-oriented, and you consistently deliver top-notch quality.
• You like to share knowledge with others, and you’re a team player.
• You like to roll up your sleeves and are passionate about keeping up with the latest developments in technology.
• You live in the Netherlands.
